Where in your building will the film viewing take place?
Ideally we would need to project the film onto a projector screen provided by the school. Alternatively, we have a large television in a wheeled flight case which we can bring with us. We are unable to take it upstairs so would need to be on a ground floor room. Please talk to us about this if it causes any issues.
What year group/s will be attending?
Please indicate age groups if not a school.
How many students will be attending?
We would like to share this performance with as many young people as possible.
Will we have access to power in the space?
We will require a minimum of 2 standard plug sockets. We will provide any extension cables and ensure all cables are secured safely.
From what time can we have access to the performance space?
We will need a minimum of 30 minutes in the space before the students arrive.
What is the latest we can still be in the performance space?
We will need a minimum of 15 minutes in the space after the students have left.
Are there any specific issues that we should know about that might affect the performance?
Please include any bells or times when noise levels might rise (building or maintenance work).
Are you able to provide a parking space for our van when we arrive?
If we are providing the large screen we will have a long wheelbase transit van. It would be great if we were able to park as near to the performance space as possible.
Are you able to provide a parking space for our company car when we arrive?
Although our priority is parking our van at your venue we would be grateful if you could also provide us with a space for our car.
